These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Defne Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when you register.
• You may create and use only one account.

2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other members
• Upload illegal, offensive or copyrighted content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the Service
• Ask other members for money or commercial services
• Create fake profiles or impersonate anyone
• Collect other members' personal information for use outside the Service
• Use Radar or any other location feature to monitor, follow or harass a member

4. Content

• You keep ownership of the content you upload.
• By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Service.
• We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

5. Premium Memberships and Purchases

• Premium plans and coin packs are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Website: Memberships bought on our website, by card or with cryptocurrency, are charged once and do not renew automatically.
• Apple App Store: Memberships bought through the App Store renew automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple renews and charges the membership at the price in effect at that time.
• Google Play: Memberships bought through Google Play renew automatically. Unless you cancel in the Subscriptions section of the Google Play app, Google renews and charges the membership at the price in effect at that time.
• Refunds: Refund terms depend on where you made the purchase and are consistent with the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under United Kingdom / EU consumer law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms.
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Interactions

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
• We do not carry out criminal background checks on members.
• Always meet in public places and let someone you trust know.
• Some profiles on the Service are AI-assisted sample profiles. These profiles may view or like other profiles and reply to messages; however, they are not real people and answer honestly when asked whether they are a bot.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
• No refund is given for accounts closed because of a breach of these Terms.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the outcome of any interaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Defne Studio Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce significant changes on the Service. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
