Creating an account is quick and easy:

1. Click "Sign Up" on the homepage.
2. Enter your name, email address, username, and password.
3. Select your gender and date of birth.
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Click "Create Account".
6. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

Once verified, you can start building your profile, uploading photos, and connecting with other members.

After registration, a verification email is sent to the address you provided. Click the "Verify My Email" button in that email.

If you didn't receive the email:

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Request a new verification email from the login page.

The verification link expires after 60 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one.

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click "Forgot your password?".
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Check your email for a password reset link.
5. Click the link and enter your new password.

The reset link expires after 60 minutes. If it expires, request a new one.

To permanently delete your account:

1. Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
2. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section.
3. Enter your current password to confirm.
4. Click "Delete Account".

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, photos, messages, and matches will be permanently removed.

To edit your profile:

1. Click "Edit Profile" in the sidebar or profile menu.
2. Update your information: bio, interests, location, relationship preferences, and more.
3. Upload or change your photos in the gallery section.
4. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

A complete profile with clear photos and a thoughtful bio attracts more attention and matches!

You can upload photos from the My Gallery page or your Edit Profile page:

1. Click the "+" button or drag and drop images.
2. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP (max 5MB per photo).
3. Set one photo as your main profile photo — this is the first image other members see.
4. You can mark photos as private — only members you approve can view them.
5. Drag photos to rearrange their display order.

Profile verification adds a blue checkmark badge to your profile, showing other members that you're a real person.

To get verified:

1. Go to the Verification page from the sidebar.
2. Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.).
3. Upload a selfie holding your ID next to your face.
4. Submit for review.

Our team reviews verification requests manually. You'll receive an email once your verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.

Premium membership unlocks exclusive features:

• Unlimited messaging — Send messages to anyone without limits.
• See who liked you — View the full list of members who liked your profile.
• See profile visitors — Know who viewed your profile.
• Advanced filters — Filter members by more criteria.
• Boost your profile — Get more visibility in search results.
• Ghost mode — Browse profiles anonymously.
• Priority support — Get faster responses from our team.

Visit the Premium page to see all available plans and pricing.

To upgrade to Premium:

1. Click "Upgrade" in the sidebar or header.
2. Choose a plan that suits you (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
3. Select your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
4. Complete the payment process.

Your Premium features are activated immediately after successful payment. Longer plans offer better value!

Premium memberships are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Your Premium access remains active until the expiration date of your purchased plan.

There are no automatic renewals or hidden charges. When your plan expires, you simply revert to the free tier.

To send a message to another member:

1. Visit their profile page.
2. Click the "Message" button.
3. Type your message and press Enter or click Send.

Free members may have a daily message limit. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited messaging.

Tip: Personalized messages get more responses than generic greetings!

To block a user:

1. Visit their profile or open your conversation with them.
2. Click the block button (shield icon).
3. The user will no longer be able to message you or see your profile.

To report a user:

1. Visit their profile.
2. Click the "Report" button.
3. Select a reason and provide additional details.
4. Our team will review the report within 24 hours.

Daily Picks are handpicked profile recommendations selected for you every day based on your preferences and activity.

• Free members receive a limited number of picks per day.
• Premium members get more picks with detailed compatibility information.

New picks are refreshed every 24 hours, so check back daily!

Likes: When you like someone's profile, they receive a notification. If they like you back, it's a match!

Super Likes: A Super Like lets the other person know you're especially interested. It stands out from regular likes and increases your chances of getting a response.

• Free members get a limited number of Super Likes per day.
• Premium members get more Super Likes.

Discover is a Tinder-style swipe feature where you can quickly browse through profiles:

• Swipe right or click the heart to like someone.
• Swipe left or click X to pass.
• Swipe up or click the star for a Super Like.

Use the filter button to refine your preferences — filter by gender, age range, location, interests, and more.

Premium members can enable Ghost Mode to browse anonymously.

The Meetings feature lets you propose real-life meetups with other members:

1. Visit a member's profile and click "Propose a Meeting".
2. Choose a date, time, and location.
3. The other person can accept, decline, or suggest changes.
4. After the meeting, both parties can rate the experience.

An SOS button is available during meetings for safety purposes.

The Trips feature lets you share your travel plans and connect with people in your destination:

1. Go to the Trips page from the sidebar.
2. Click "Add Trip" and enter your destination, travel dates, and a short description.
3. Browse trips from other members heading to the same location.
4. Connect with potential travel companions!

We take your privacy seriously:

• Your email address and personal contact info are never shared with other members.
• You control who sees your photos (public/private settings).
• Ghost mode (Premium) lets you browse anonymously.
• You can block any user at any time.
• All data is encrypted and stored securely.
• We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
