This page explains how to delete your MyTripDate account and all associated data. MyTripDate is operated by Defne Studio Ltd.
How to delete your account
- Log in to your MyTripDate account (in the app or at mytripdate.com).
- Open Settings → Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action and enter your password when prompted.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, photos, messages, matches, likes, identity-verification documents, and all personal information associated with your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, transaction and tax records) or to prevent fraud and abuse, for a limited period, after which it is permanently deleted.
Export your data first
Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from Settings → Data Export.
