• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium plans are billed as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

6. Interactions

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
• We do not conduct criminal background checks.
• Always meet in public places and inform someone you trust.

7. Account Termination

• Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds.

Defne Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
